ENTIRE HOME:

• Dust and clean furniture that is accessible. We will dust lamps, but furniture with a lot of decorations, etc should be cleared of the decorations so we can clean the furniture (We do not dust or clean decorations.)
• Clean all mirrors

KITCHEN:

Move-In Cleaning:

• Dusting and wiping down all surfaces, including countertops, shelves, and fixtures.
• Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen appliances such as the refrigerator, oven, and microwave.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing sinks, faucets, and countertops in bathrooms and kitchens.
• Cleaning interior windows, window sills, and tracks.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors throughout the property.
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.
• Wiping down baseboards, door frames, and light switches.
• Removing any trash or debris from the property.

Move-Out Cleaning:

• Dusting and wiping down all surfaces, including baseboards, light fixtures, and ceiling fans.
• Cleaning and disinfecting all kitchen surfaces, including inside cabinets and drawers.
• Deep cleaning appliances such as the stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing sinks, faucets, and countertops in bathrooms and kitchens.
• Cleaning interior windows, window sills, and tracks.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors throughout the property, including carpets and hard floors.
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.
• Removing any cobwebs and dust from corners and ceilings.
• Wiping down doors, door frames, and baseboards.
• Emptying trash cans and disposing of any remaining items left by previous occupants.

Initial Cleaning:

• Removing construction debris such as dust, dirt, and leftover materials from floors, walls, and surfaces.
• Cleaning and wiping down all surfaces, including countertops, cabinets, and fixtures, to remove dust and residue.
• Cleaning interior windows, window sills, and tracks to remove construction-related dirt and smudges.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors throughout the property, including carpets and hard floors, to remove dust and debris.
• Dusting and wiping down baseboards, door frames, and light fixtures to eliminate construction dust and particles.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and fixtures, to make them move-in ready.
• Wiping down kitchen appliances, including stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers, to remove dust and dirt.
• Removing any stickers, labels, or protective films from surfaces and windows.

Final Touches:

• Polishing and shining mirrors, glass surfaces, and stainless steel appliances for a pristine finish.
• Checking and ensuring that all areas are free of dust, debris, and construction-related mess.
• Spot cleaning walls and surfaces as needed to remove any remaining marks or stains.
• Touching up paint or minor repairs if requested by the client.
• Performing a final walkthrough to ensure the property is clean, sanitized, and ready for occupancy.

General Cleaning Services:

• Dusting and wiping down all surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, shelves, and countertops.
• Cleaning and sanitizing high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and office equipment (computers, keyboards, phones).
• Vacuuming and mopping floors throughout the workspace, including carpets, rugs, and hard floors.
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, including toilets, sinks, countertops, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Refilling soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and toilet paper dispensers as needed.
• Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
• Dusting and cleaning baseboards, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen or break room areas, including sinks, countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, and tables.
• Window cleaning, including interior and exterior glass surfaces.
• Cleaning and sanitizing of common areas such as lobbies, waiting rooms, conference rooms, and reception areas.
